WIRE EDM – Wire Electrical Discharge Machining uses negatively charged electric sparks to provide machined products that have greater structural integrity, less thermal distortion, and a more uniform finish. We are able to machine intricate pieces using this technology that allows us to cut tough alloys, hardened steel and most conductive materials with wire as small as .004″.
Our CAD-CAM systems used for manufacturing are Gibbs Cam, Mastercam and Bobcad which is compatible with most design formats.
